Referral Setup Checklist
How The System Works
The Referral Rocket system is very simple, and very effective. Here's how it works:
You ask your clients to share the names and phone numbers of friends they'd like to refer.
Our AI system will text their friends and follow up to book an appointment.
If the friend comes in, BOTH parties receive a $100 treatment credit on their count.
Set Up Checklist
Follow the checklist below to set up your Referral Rocket System.
1. Review your referral page
Click "Add Referral" at the sidebar. This page is where you will have clients enter the names and phone numbers of their friends.

2. Print & display in office sign, and order 100 take-home referral cards
To access your referral cards & sheet:
Go to Your Resources then open your Collab Doc.
Scroll down to the “Referral System” and open your “Referral System Assets” link
Here you will find your QR code, and examples of an in office sign/take home card. We recommend using Vista print or Canva to order take home cards ($20/100 cards).
3. Print out referral collection sheets (optional)
Do this if you want to have an option for clients to write down the name's and phone numbers of their friends, instead of entering on an iPad or a phone.

4. Add referral cards & signage to your front desk and consultation/treatment rooms
5. Collect a form completion incentive (we recommend at least 10 to begin)
A form completion incentive is a bonus to give to clients just for filling out the sheet, with the goal of helping push past any resistance a person might feel. This should be fast and easy to deliver. Here are some easy examples:
Free product, travel kit, or self care bag
Ask your reps (i.e. Allergan, Galderma, etc.) for free samples

$5-10 Starbucks gift card
