Your AI agent references your Knowledge base whenever answering questions about services or your clinic. If the information is insufficient to answer a question - you will receive a Warm Lead notification. To update your AI Knowledge:
Open AI Knowledge Base tab
Make desired updates
Add FAQ Directly
Update information under service/special heading
Add new service/special
Submit update form to push the updates to your account
How To Send A Booking Link To Hot Leads
The AI does not schedule appointments directly through chat, but it can send a scheduling link to contacts it has identified as hot leads.

How To Update Initial Follow Up Message
The initial outreach message sent the contact reminds people what they signed up for, and what is included in the offer.
