How To Customize/Update AI Knowledge Base

Your AI agent references your Knowledge base whenever answering questions about services or your clinic. If the information is insufficient to answer a question - you will receive a Warm Lead notification. To update your AI Knowledge:

  1. Open AI Knowledge Base tab

  2. Make desired updates

    • Add FAQ Directly

    • Update information under service/special heading

    • Add new service/special

  3. Submit update form to push the updates to your account

How To Send A Booking Link To Hot Leads

The AI does not schedule appointments directly through chat, but it can send a scheduling link to contacts it has identified as hot leads.

To configure hot lead scheduling link, send us a message that includes:

  • The scheduling link

  • The campaign you would like to configure the link for

How To Update Initial Follow Up Message

The initial outreach message sent the contact reminds people what they signed up for, and what is included in the offer.

To update this message, please contact our team with the details and we will complete the update. If you would like to update it yourself, please follow this tutorial.

Does the AI schedule directly into my calendar?

No, the AI does not integrate with your calendar, but it can send a scheduling link to interested leads (although you should still plan to call hot leads)
