What Is An Email Drip Campaign?

A drip campaign or “autoresponder” is a campaign that automatically “drips” emails to prospects over a period of days, weeks, or even months.

Email drip campaigns are best used to show case studies and results to prospects.

As of this writing, we have one email drip campaign template available. The campaign is aimed at 28-60+ year-old women who are interested in anti-aging treatments.

How To Set Up An Email Drip Campaign

Step 1: Request Your Campaign

Request your campaign by filling out the Email Drip Campaign Request Form.

Our team will get straight to work setting up the campaign and will have it loaded into your account within 2 business days.

Step 2: Customize Your Campaign

Wait for an email letting you know your campaign is ready to be edited.

All email campaigns are case-study-based, which means they build the value of your services by showing B&A photos with descriptions of how you achieved such results.

For this reason, you need to customize your campaign by adding in your own results.

OPTIONAL: You can also link a Proof Page at the bottom of every email in the P.S. section. See instructions for setting up your Proof Page HERE. If you don't want to include a Proof Page, you can simply delete it from every email.

Customization Steps:

  1. Go to "Automation" -> "Workflows" -> "Email Drip Campaigns" -> "Generic Anti-Aging - Women".

  2. Edit each email:

    1. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Do NOT go LIVE with the workflow until all emails have been edited, tested, and are ready to send. Once you go live with the workflow, all new leads in ❄️ COLD Leads pipeline stage will be added to the campaign.

    2. "FROM NAME" and "FROM EMAIL" should remain blank. They are automatically populated using data in the settings tab.

    3. The "Thank you" email does not need to be edited.

    4. All subsequent emails need to be populated with case studies.

      1. Words in bold need to be edited.

      2. Anything surrounded by {{curly brackets}} will fill in automatically and does NOT need to be edited.

    5. NOTE: Make sure to always hit the green "Save Action" button on the bottom right each time you make edits to an email. Or else your content will not be saved.

  3. TEST each email.

    1. {{contact.customer_campaign_name}} and {{ contact.customer_campaign_details }} will be BLANK as these fields get populated as someone signs up for a campaign.

    2. Make sure to click all links and make sure they are functional. View on your phone to make sure everything looks good.

Step 3: Go Live With Your Campaign

By default, your campaign will be set to DRAFT when we load it into your account.

Once you are ready to go live, turn the workflow to LIVE.

By going LIVE with your campaign, we will start to send your campaign to every ❄️ COLD LEAD that comes into your account.
