How To Collect Credit Card Deposits

1. Make sure you are using our phone scripts and using the A/B close to make it easier to get them to agree to a deposit.

2. Enter the credit card number in your EMR and charge the card.

3. If the client prefers to pay over a link, follow the "How To Send A Text-To-Pay Link" instructions below.

4. Once payment is collected, move to confirm the appointment.

In some cases, you may book the appointment entirely through text and will not speak to the lead over the phone. To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Confirm an appointment time over text.

2. Send the “Request Pre-Payment” text template. Once the lead has responded, you can either:

   • Call the lead to collect pre-payment.

   • Send the lead a Text-To-Pay link.

3. If the lead does not respond, add them to “✨AI Followup” so the AI would re-engage the lead.

1. Click the name of the contact to open the conversation window.

2. Click the “$” Request Payment icon at the bottom.

   

3. Enter the item name and payment amount, then click the "Copy link and mark as sent" button.
