All-Star Team Building Checklist
This checklist is designed to ensure that everyone on your team is aligned with your mission, knows their responsibilities, and has the tools and resources they need to execute. This process is critical to business growth.
Step #1: Onboard All Team Members
Onboarding team members to Forever Booked is easy. All you have to do is send them the New Team Members Checklist and have them complete it.
Step #2: Hold A Team Meeting
The goal of the team meeting is to
Align the team on the mission.
Delegate responsibilities.
Ensure that everyone has the resources they need, and understands how to access support.
Meeting Agenda
Ensure that all team members have completed the team member checklist.
Ensure all team members have access to the software located at app.foreverbooked.com
Review the action steps in your Transformation Plan (make sure to first complete your Transformation Plan Builder so we can send your plan).
Review and delegate the core responsibilities below. If you have multiple team members, add an assignee to each step of your Transformation Plan.
Key Team Roles
Marketing Coordinator
In smaller clinics, this will most often be the owner-operator. This person is responsible for the overall implementation of the Forever Booked program.
Appointment Coordinator(s)
This person is responsible for calling/texting hot leads generated from campaigns, collecting pre-payment, and scheduling appointments.
Treatment Consultant(s)
This person is responsible for performing consultations and closing packages. In most cases, they will also be the ones performing treatments and carrying out treatment plans.
