Email Marketing Overview
Email Marketing As An Add-On
Out of the box, the Forever Booked system does not utilize email for marketing.
However, we’ve made it simple and easy to set up email marketing as an add-on, so you can improve your results.
There are 3 main ways to utilize email with the Forever Booked system:
1. Email Blasts
Email Blasts are one-time campaigns that you send out to a segment of your database or your entire database.
They are best used for announcements, or to send out special offers.
2. Drip Campaigns
Drip Campaigns or “autoresponders” are campaigns you create that automatically “drip” emails to prospects over a period of days, weeks, or even months.
Email drip campaigns are best used to demonstrate results and show case studies to your clients.
As of this writing, we have one email drip campaign template available. The campaign is aimed at 28-60+ y/o women who are interested in facial rejuvenation treatments.
3. Appointment Confirmations & Reminders
If you set up the Forever Booked system to start booking in-person or virtual appointments for your med spa, emails will be used to confirm and remind clients of appointments.
